(1)        What is the company name and details?

It's a  Multinational company having offices and factories in Singapore and  Malays( JOHOR ) & china , Vietnam

Now it is recruiting 40 employees in these skill set for their Malaysian Factory.

(2)          How much is the salary for (Skill name)?

The salary ranges from 1800 Malaysian Ringgits to 4500 Ringgits that is equal to Rs 28000 to Rs 70000 depending on your skills set and experience.

(3)          What type of interview and who conduct it?

Company’s General Manager and Production Manager will conduct a face to face interview in Chennai. Theory  and practical  test will be arranged by us.

(4)          When and where is the interview?

The interview is conducted in Chennai. The place and time details will be send to you by Email and phone.

(5)          Is there a service fee or agent fee?

Yes. There is a placement fee which between 80000 Rs to 120000 Rs.

(6)          What are the facilities the company will provide?

The company will provide a one way flight ticket to Malaysia. Company also provide accommodation and transport facilities for the workers.

(7)          What is the working time and working day s?

8 hours per day and 6 days’ work per week. More than that Overtime salary is paid.

(8) What type of skills the company looking forward?

(i) CNC machinist (ii) QA Technician (iii) QA Engineer (iv) Miller, Turner; grinders (V) Injection moulding technician.

(9) What's  the minimum qualifications?

ITI  or Diploma  or Engineering  degree.

(10) How long is the process?

After the interview  it will be take 60 days to 90 days to reach Malaysia.

(11)Is there any over time?

It's depend  on the company's  work orders and production.

(12) What is the contract period?

It's a 2 years contract.  But you can work more than that. Our Indian present employees more than 12 years in this company.

(13) How long this company  is doing business?

This company is in the business for 45 years.

(14) What is the company name?
